» Arrival of guests, groom and bride
We start approximately one hour prior to the ceremony to set the scene with the arrival of your guests.
We will record the atmosphere of your family and friends, be that children playing in the pews, or excited aunts
sharing the latest gossip. The Groom and his best man arrive, and we capture their movement among your guests
before everyone is ushered to their seats to eagerly await the arrival of the Bride.
» The Ceremony
The most important part of the day – the reason why you are all there.
From the start of the Bride's journey down the aisle, right through to the newly announced husband and wife
leaving arm in arm as a married couple. We will include your hymns and readings, as well as the all-important first
kiss and “I Do”s, ensuring that you will, forevermore, remember every detail of your wedding service.
» Departure of bride and groom
We will then wander amongst your guests during any photographs at the ceremony venue, capturing the
happiness
of your family and friends immediately after your marriage.
After any confetti has settled and you are seated
in the car with a glass of champagne, we film you leaving, before your guests make their way to the reception.

» The Wedding Reception: From £100
- Add £100 up until the wedding breakfast
Once the Bride and Groom have departed from the church, we will then join you at the reception where we
will capture the atmosphere of the rest of your day, filming your guests mingling and enjoying themselves.
We will be there to record the many things that happen whilst you are occupied with photographs,
ensuring that these events are not missed. We then stay until you are all seated for the wedding breakfast.
- Or add £200 to include cutting the cake, speeches and first dance
This will be as above, until you are seated for the wedding breakfast, and then we will leave you to
eat in peace. Our filming recommences for the cutting of the cake, ensuring that this momentous occasion
is captured for you to remember forever. The speeches will never be allowed to be forgotten once you
have them on video, but we ensure discretion so that any nerves will not be added to.
- Or add £400 until the end of the evening
Your whole day will be recorded, including anything mentioned in the other reception options, but
continuing until the bride and groom depart. This is a perfect way to capture the party atmosphere,
as well as ensuring that any evening guests are included in your video.
» Bride and bridesmaids getting ready - Add £150
In order for us to ensure that you have plenty of footage of guests arriving for the ceremony
(which,
of course, the Bride is unable to see on the day), a second videographer will come to wherever
the Bride is getting ready and film the last minute preparations of you and any bridesmaids.
A
fterwards, the groom will love seeing images of your final moments as his fiancée, and our filming
will give you a few moments to relax before being whisked away by the chauffeur to your wedding.

» Personal wedding messages £50
What could be more personal than a video guest book? At the reception, during the course of the evening
we will ask guests to record personal greetings to you: a perfect
opportunity for them
to elaborate their
wishes for
your new life together in
more personal way than could ever
be captured in
a written guest book.

» Photo gallery £30
Provide us with about 50 photos for us to edit into a montage, set to a piece of music of your choice.
The photos can be anything from childhood snaps of each of you, shots of the two of you together
throughout your relationship, or a selection of images from your wedding day itself. Or, of course, a mixture!
» "Thank You" DVDs
A lovely way to thank your guests: we will create as many or as few mini DVDs as you wish, with about fifteen minutes of highlights from the day. You can then send them with your thank you cards so that everybody can keep a special memory of your perfect day.
» Video Website
Your own private, password-protected website showcasing your wedding video, making your wedding day
accessible to everybody who could not be there on the day. We will look after the website for you and
ensure nobody who should not see it does so.
» Additional DVDs £10 each, 5 for £30, 10 for £50
Whatever options you decide on for your video, we will give you three copies of your DVD, included
in the price. We know from experience that mothers,
aunties and far more distant relatives
always
appreciate a copy, so should you require any more, we can provide you with as many as you wish.
» iPod copy £20
Or iPhone, iPad, Android player, or whatever mobile device you choose to put it on. Take your wedding
video with you wherever you go - watch it on the daily commute, on a trans-Atlantic flight, or show
your relatives when you go to visit.
